Suction and delivery of drilling mud and oil
Standards: PDA ABS Nr. 15-GE1415740-PDA. Flame retardant cover
compound according to ASTM C-542.
Application: hardwall hose for the suction and delivery of petroleum
products with aromatic content up to 50% and drilling mud mixed with
oil.
Tensile breaking load:
2000 kgf for inside diameter 2”
4000 kgf for inside diameter 3”
7000 kgf for all other diameters.
Temperature: from -20°C (-4°F) up to +90°C (+194°F).
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, PVC/NBR rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord, steel helix wire, and
antistatic copper wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finished), flame retardant CR rubber.
Resistant to weathering, abrasion, oil and sea water.
Branding: continuous yellow spiral stripe “IVG Offshore (family logo) TA
